1. Legal conditions and acceptance

These general conditions (hereinafter the "General Conditions") govern the use of the Internet portal service MIRAME (hereinafter the "Site") that puts MIRAME freely available to Internet users. By use of the portal the User (hereinafter the "User") expresses the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions in the version published by MIRAME, beginning the moment the User accesses the portal. Consequently, the user must read the General Conditions carefully on each occasion they intend to use the Portal. The use of certain services offered to Users through the Website is subject to specific conditions that, as the case may substitute, complete and / or modify the General Conditions (hereinafter the "Conditions"). Prior to the use of such services, therefore, the user must also read the relevant Special Conditions. Likewise, the use of the Service is subject to all notices, use regulations and instructions made known to the User by MIRAME, providing that the provisions of these General Conditions do not oppose them.

2. Purpose

Through the portal, MIRAME provides users access and use of various services and content by MIRAME or third party service providers and content (hereinafter the "Services"). MIRAME reserves the right to unilaterally modify at any time and without notice, the presentation and configuration of the site and the services and conditions required to use the Website and the Services.

The establishment of the hyperlink does not imply in any case the existence of relationships between MIRAME and the proprietor of the website on which it is established, or the acceptance and approval of MIRAME content or services.

3.6 Liability for damages.

Users are liable for damages of any kind that MIRAME may suffer, directly or indirectly as a result of any breach of the obligations of the General Conditions or the law regarding the use of the Portal.

 

4. Personal Data

To use certain Services, Users must first provide MIRAME with certain personal data (hereinafter "Personal Data"). MIRAME will treat personal data as stipulated in Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data. 7.2.2 Legality, reliability and utility.

MIRAME does not guarantee the legality, reliability and usefulness of the Content.

7.3.2 Legality, reliability and utility.

MIRAME does not guarantee the legality, reliability and usefulness of the services provided by third parties through the Portal.

MIRAME DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES THROUGH THE SITE, AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

7.4 Exclusion of guarantees and liability for the content and services hosted outside the portal.

7.5 Exclusion of guarantees and liability for the use of the portal services and content for users.

MIRAME has no obligation and does not control the use that Users make of the Website, the Services and Content. In particular, MIRAME does not guarantee that users use the Website, Services and Content in accordance with these Conditions and, where appropriate, the conditions which may apply, or do so in a diligent and prudent manner. 8. Licensing

MIRAME does not grant any license or authorization of use of any kind on its intellectual property or any other property or right related to the Site, Services or Content.

 

9. Denial and withdrawal of access to the portal and / or services

MIRAME reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to the Website and / or services at any time and without notice to users who violate these Terms or Conditions which may apply.

 

10. Procedure in case of violation of intellectual property rights

In the event that any User or third party considers that any Content has been added to the Portal in violation of its intellectual property rights, they must send a notice to MIRAME which includes the following:

When reasonably possible, MIRAME will give prior notice of the termination or suspension of the service portal and other services.

 

12. Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. MIRAME and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid capital in case of dispute.
